Nominees for the best supporting character at the Highroad..

This little 4 pound Maltese is the man of the Highroad.  He is my absolute life line/rock. Carlos keeps all the animals and myself in line. He has zero issues hanging with the horses, playing with the chickens, watching over the goats and antagonizing his brother Clifford.

Oh..."haakie whakie talkie" per my son Peter.  Haak is a pure bread AKC registered chocolate lab.  He is a smart little dude.  He is already loving birds and will be trained to hunt pheasants and ducks. His new trick is ringing a bell to go outside. He is an absolute gem, and we are blessed to have him at the Highroad.
